Watermelon Ball — home

Back in the bag

What to do if a ball arrives damaged or stops holding water.

If something is wrong

Returns and refunds run through whoever sold and shipped the ball to you, using their own window and their own process. Start there, because they can act on the order and we cannot.

Tell us too. A ball that fails tells us something about a production run, and the quickest way for a fault to get fixed is for us to hear about it while it is still happening.

Before you send anything back

Two faults look like failures and are not. A ball that will not hold air is usually a cap that is not fully seated; push it in until it is flush. A ball that sinks straight to the bottom is usually full of water with no air pocket — let a little water out and add two pumps of air.
