Getting hold of us
Every message lands with somebody on the team, not a ticket queue. We take product questions, fill and buoyancy problems, sizing, and anything to do with a ball that stopped holding water.
We are a small team on the Gulf coast of Florida, so in the summer the replies come early in the morning and late in the evening. Give us two working days before you chase.
What to include
If something is wrong with a ball, tell us which one, roughly when you got it, and what it is doing — a slow leak behaves differently from a seam failure and we can usually tell them apart from a sentence. A photo of the valve helps more than a photo of the ball.
