Shipping
Our balls ship flat and empty in a printed box with the hose adapter taped inside the shell. Nothing arrives inflated, which is why a 9-inch ball fits in a parcel the size of a shoebox.
Delivery times and carriers depend on where you order from and which seller handles the fulfilment, so the listing page for each product is the accurate place to check before you buy. We do not quote a figure here that could be out of date by the time you read it.
When it arrives
Open the valve and look for the adapter before you throw the box away — it is a small white fitting and it is easy to lose in the packaging. Then fill the ball once in the garden to check the cap seats properly, before it goes anywhere near a pool party.
